Service Level Agreement (SLA) for Order Processing and Shipping

1. Order Processing

  • We will confirm your order via email within 24 hours of receiving your payment through Payment gateway.

2. Painting Shipment

  • All paintings will be shipped within 5-6 business days following confirmation of your order. Business days exclude weekends and holidays.

3. Tracking Information

  • You will receive a shipment notification with a tracking number once your painting is shipped. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery on the shipping carrier’s website.

4. Exceptions

  • We will use commercially reasonable efforts to meet the above timeframes. However, unforeseen circumstances, such as material shortages, artist delays, or carrier issues, may occasionally cause delays.
  • In the event of a delay, we will promptly notify you by email and provide an estimated revised shipping date.
